1. Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Free Returns (UK Customers)
We offer free returns for UK orders. A prepaid return label will be provided upon request.
International returns (outside the UK) must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Custom or personalised products
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on your preference.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
